About the Practice
Bob Brogan is the President of Brogan Law Group, a boutique firm "Guiding Families Through LIfe's Changes." Bob primarily concentrates on Medicaid Planning, Asset Protection, Special Needs Planning, as well as the planning and administration of Trusts and Estates. Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the ABA-accredited National Elder Law Foundation, Bob has held numerous leadership positions in the Elder and Special Needs field at the National and State level. He is a past Director on the Board of Directors of NAELA and is Vice President of the Special Needs Alliance.

Bob's proudest accomplishment is his role as the happily married husband to his beautiful wife, Jen, and father of their eight wonderful, home-schooled children, one of whom has ASD.
Professional Biography
Bob has been a leader of NAELA, serving as a past Director on the Board of Directors & as an NJ-NAELA Past President. Currently, he Co-Chairs the Steering Committee of the Council of Advanced Practitioners (CAP). He served on NAELA's Public Policy Steering Committee, and has lectured at numerous NAELA conferences & webinars. Bob presently serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Special Needs Alliance, an invitation-only national consortium of attorneys dedicated to special needs and disability law
