About the Practice
Michigan Law Center, PLLC is focused on assisting persons in need of probate and estate planning. My focus within the practice is focused on helping individuals and families with special needs and settlement planning.
I am also the President of Advocacy, Inc., a non-profit organization that administers special needs trusts and settlement trusts.
Professional Biography
Michele P. Fuller, Esq., is the founder of the Michigan Law Center, PLLC and Advocacy, Inc., a non-profit organization that administers special needs and settlement trusts. She was appointed Special Assistant Attorney General and lead the team architecting the Flint Water Case settlement process. She became a Fellow of the Academy of Court-Appointed Neutrals because of her work on that case. Michele hosts the Great Lakes Special Needs Planning Symposium, a two-day conference dedicated to enhancing the practice of special needs planners and co-hosts a similar 3 day event in Napa Valley, California with her special needs planning attorney spouse. She is the former Chair of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section of the State Bar of Michigan and a member of the Advisory Board for the Academy of Special Needs Planners. She frequently writes and presents with her spouse, Kevin Urbatsch. Michele co-authored Administering the Michigan Special Needs Trust, among other publications.
