Jane edited The Elder Law Report, Including Special Needs Planning for four years. In her home state of New Jersey, she has moved the needle on Medicaid policy multiple times, successfully litigating the caregiver child exemption and the use of Medicaid-friendly annuities. She received the Top Women in Law award from the NJ Law Journal for her work. She is presently the Vice Chair of NJ NAELA. She is a former NJ Elder and Disability Law Section Chair.
