Professional Biography
Lindsay earned her degree from University of Akron School of Law, and her undergraduate degree from Kent State University, summa cum laude. She is a council member of the Ohio State Bar Association’s Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Section and Elder and Special Needs Law Section. Additionally she was the Ohio NAELA Chapter Member of the Year (2019), regularly presents on elder law topics, has been published in the NAELA News and Probate Law Journal of Ohio, and serves as Co-Chair of NAELA's Federal Advocacy Committee.
