While I am well versed in all aspects of my law firm, my focus has been on probate litigation, guardianships, conservatorships, fiduciary services and special needs planning. Other expertise includes Guardian ad Litem work and serving as a trustee, conservator and personal representative. With experience in hundreds of probate cases and probate court appearances, I also have Co-Counsel and Expert experience in the settlement of personal injury cases under probate Rule 16.

Appointed as adjunct professor of law to develop and teach the first elder law curriculum at the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado.
